Lucia and Lusse bullar

Lucia is the celebration of Saint Lucia the, bringer of light. It is a magical celebration indeed.
Traditionally you make these gorgeous saffron buns and drink mulled wine. Hanna was baking away all day yesterday to ensure that all of you who had pre-ordered your buns would get them. I hope you enjoyed them all. We will continue to sell Lusse bullar until Christmas.

Let's Fika!

Join us for the exciting exhibition - Let's Fika! Six talented illustrators will be 
presenting work reflecting various interpretations of having a fika. The private 
view is September 13th, open to the public from 6.30 - 11.00pm. The exhibition 
ends October 14th.

Princess Estelle!

Today is the christening of the Swedish Princess Estelle; daughter of Crown Princess Victoria 
and her husband Daniel, Duke of Västergötland. Fika wants to celebrate this special event - we'll 
give you a treat with your food order when you come in for lunch and say 'Princess Estelle'! 

True Treat

Premier PR asked Fika to create a very special 'treat' for the launch of the 
True Blood season 4 DVD released this month. The blood pancakes that you 
see above were a True success!
