Semla - how do you eat yours?
14 February is approaching, people are calling in to find out if we are making this strange, yet delicious concoction. This is our Fat Tuesday indulgence...
What does it consist of?
A cardamom flavoured bun filled with almond paste topped with cream and dusted with icing sugar.
At Fika we make all of it at home from the bun to the almond paste.
